How to plant APP as foreground ?

Sorry i'm a newbie. Got some APP (Elatine Triandra) yesterday. How to plant it as a foreground plant so it will spread ? The plant seem fragile. I suppose it gonna be planted like Glosso ?

just use a tweezer and 'plunge' it into the gravel.
make sure that there are nitrates around as they are nitrate hungry.
if everything goes well, they'll spread in about 2 weeks.

Thanks for your help. Didn't know they are nitrate hungry plants. Need to feed my fish more and more

hi i'm trying to find APP but veryhard to find could u pls tell me where u get it from??? i thought nitrate are dangerous and harmful for tanks and shd be kept to min. ??? I'm a noob pls advise. Thanks
