Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

IMHO, temperature plays more important role. My moss really fail to grow when the temperature is near 30, although I dose fertilizer once every 2 days and high CO2.

    Hi shaman,
Erect moss in particular needs high lighting. (maybe that's why they grow straight...to reach the light faster )
if you can read this, you are too close.

What kind of fertilizer are we talking about here then? How much are you dosing? CO2, how high is high? How consistent is it? Just moss and nothing else in the tank? Is the plant biomass high?

I was using Ferka. I press 2 times into the tank every 2 days. CO2 is 1 bubbles per sec for 1 feet cube tank. There's 1 oto and 1 whiptail pleco and about 60 shrimps

Ferka has a wide range of fertilizers. Are you talking about Aquatilizer? You would need some source of NO3 and PO4 along with the traces (likely the one you are dosing). 1bps doesn't tell me much...you will need some pH/KH readings to determine the CO2 level.
