Acherly hor, i tink the nana would look much better.... in my tank!!! :P
I thought the Cyperus was Vallisneria nana... which could be an alternative if the cyperus doesn't thrive. Grow some Crypt parva in front also nice.

The talking:
This scape is only 2 days old. I bought the nanas and started plonking them on small stones and hopefully they'll start to fill out the scape more. Cyperus helferi isn't doing well since it's recently replanted.(I found the plant doesn't like to be disturbed at all...) HC starting to grow... finally
The goal of this scape is to bring out the contrast between the driftwood and the greenery of the plants. I'm considering changing the brightly coloured Espei to a much darker species of fish, especially those that swim bottom since I want them to blend with the dark driftwood.
Right now I'm having a little trouble with BBA, other than that things look fine. The crypts should bloom out at the back, the Cyperus will get thicker, HC will fill out all the bare areas you see now and moss will sprinkle the wood with greens here and there.

Parva along the sides of the wood?
I found that Val. nana is relatively slow growing compared to other Vals. You can also try Marsilea crenata as slow growing Glosso substitute. I tink the albida would look nicer in my tank too!!
Where to find all those plants man. I don't wanna go to farms to get one measly pot
Talk so much... my tank can make it or not uncle?![]()
2 day old how to judge lah uncle? Plants ask yur friendly LFS to order lah. Or visit the shop beside NA Nature.. i find quite good selection.
I not uncle... I only teenagerOk will do.

the C.helferi coming out from the centre of the wood looks kinda weird to me.. irks me in a weird way..like somthing missing on the left of it..
suggest shifting it left to the corner or letting more grow at the corner.. but only 2 days old la.. see how it turns out later..
I think very soon your nana will grow pimples and beard![]()
Pimples maybe la... beard?hopefully not.
