Here's what I have been up to before college starts, didn't want to give everyone that much of a peak.

    5 Gallon cube
    26 watts 6700k and 10000k
    Azoo palm filter
Powersand amazonia aquasoil (do I need Tourmaline BC for a tank this small?)
    Malaysian wood
    Excel only
DIY co2 and other ferts like ECA depends on plant growth

    5 Boraras maculatus

    Java fern narrow leaf
    Rotala sp. vietnam
    Anubias petite
    taiwan moss
    xmas moss
    Ranalisma rostrata
    Bolbitis
    Echinodorus tenellus micro

way too little maculatus, get more.
watch out some wood leeches toxin into the water.
why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

Malaysian driftwood is fine for tanks, I need small fish load because I'm concentrating on plant growth and I want red plants so lower nitrates.

Looks not bad from the hardware side. What kind of layout are you going for?
