though i have not used this 2 types of fert before. i heard that it is pretty good. i personally think u will need more of the stemma more than the rosetta cauz most of the plants u planting is stemmed plants
Hi Guys,
Need to get feedback and suggestions as to which one should I be using, or probably I will need both![]()
These are the plants that I will be having in my tank.
- Hemianthus Callitrichoides “Cuba”
- Pogostemon helferi
- Eleocharis acicularis
Based on Green Chapter website, the Rosetta is for rosette plants where as the Stemma is for stem plants.
So should I get either one or get both?
If I should get both, which plant belongs to which category?
Any bros/sis whom have used the above product(s) can also share their views here![]()
Thanks![]()

STEMMA
Stemma is a nutrient supplement for aquatic plants, for uptake via the roots. It was specially formulated for the specific variety of aquatic plants that has its stem distinct above the ground (stem plants). Other than its complete component of both macro and micro nutrient, Stemma also contains an extra component which will hasten the maturation process, support shoot system and promote branch formation.
A new experience of nurturing aquatic plants that makes trimming much easier and also extends the replanting cycle. Stemma is available in extremely fine powder form, packed in natural gelatin capsule. It will dissolve rapidly in less than 15 minutes and immediately provides food for the plants. With Stemma, growing the difficult or demanding plants, due to their exceeding needs of nutrient richness, will be at ease. Stemma is suitable for reddish and greenish plants.
Packaging:
20 and 50 capsules box.
Price: $9.50/$20.00 for 20/50 capsules
Dosage and Direction:
Use forceps to place Stemma under the gravel layer, down to the tank base (if the gravel layer is more than 10cm thick, apply at the proper depth by also considering the depth of the root zone). Stemma should be applied every 3 – 4 weeks (depends on the variety and the size of your plant) in addition with AQUATILIZER and BALANCE-K, to maintain the satisfactory proportion of elements and nutrients for a long period.
Each of Stemma capsule can approximately cover the area of 12 square centimeters, depending mainly on the gravel size. However, the approximate gravel size for aquatic plant growing should be 1 – 2 millimeters diameter, in average.
