Just before I decided to overhaul the tank, I notice that there was a sudden influx of very tiny planaria on the glass walls. I figure that the jell stuff is most likely the slug eggs.
Anyway, I've already changed out the water and washed the whole tank. Now waiting for the water to age. With the amount of worms and slugs, I decided an overhaul was more appropriate than treatment.
The shrimps are now in a small temporary tank which is filled water from the original tank. Guess what, I saw 2 tiny slugs yesterday.And the water was filtered before I filled the temp tank.
Don't tell me their young is microscopic till they cannot be filtered out?
