When i open my Co2 tank gauge the gas all gashes out from a opening of my regulator (pic below). Is my regulator spoiled or problem wif pressure inside Co2 tank?
That is probably the safety valve which burst due to over-pressure or "old age" issue. The regulator you are using seems pretty old and unsafe to me.I'll rather spend some money and get a reliable one since you are dealing with high pressure stuff which is pretty dangerous if something goes wrong.

I have a prob with my CO2 also. It stops bubbling after a few hours. I'm using a manual regulator. I think this is a common problem but I couldnt find the thread mentioning the solution to this.

Can someone explain to me cos don't want the new regulator to burst
over pressure means pressure is too high. as we are dealing with highly pressurised gasses, there must be some means for the gas to 'leak' whenever the pressure rises above some preset limit. you can check with some lfs if they are able to replace the safety valve. if i remember correctly, someone in the forum mentioned that petmart (or their co2 vendor) can do this.
i think the regulator valve can still be used but it will be good to have it check. you can see similar conditioned regulators in lfs.
for 180 dollars budget, you can look at bioplast regulator. check it out at system & control engineering.
