    Hi,

If I have a shrimp tank (about 10 cherry shrimp) with no fishes, with no filter but just an air stone, will it breed mosquito?

I think most mosquitos breed in still waters. With an airstone, it should not be a problem. I can understand the pressure on fishkeepers these days given the dengy situation.

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

if you just want a shrimp tank, without a risk of rearing mosquitoes, then you can get those clip on fans, as long as they are powerful enough and also covering the whole surface of the tank, you can definitely keep them out.
Another aalternative is keeping bororas maculatas, these are shrimp friendly, get about 5 of them. And fliterless is no prob just remember to plant densely and change water yup... airstone may or may not be necessary though
