Riccia is one such plant. The pearls of O2 bubbles are nice but not sure if you like them in the tank. Can be troublesome to maintain.
Any recommendations on plants that are good at producing lots of oxygen and yet looks nice? Looking for mid and foreground plants... Currently have a lot of Cabomba (green and red) and Issoetes japonica (I think).

Glosso bubbled like crazy for me under high light. Java fern also bubble.

You can try MM. very easy to scape also..
