I use nutrafin sinking complete food tablets for my yamato and malayan shrimp cuz my tank has insufficient of algae for them to consume. i cut the pellet into 4 parts and throw into the foreground of my tank. They are very intelligent cuz they will usually wait at the foreground during feeding time.

I heard ppl feed boiled sweet potato and boiled cabbage. But also heard from some forumers said that fresh veg is better for shrimp as all the minerals are still in it. It depends on how u think

    cheers ,

I use Hikari Alage wafers. Preparing Fresh or Cooked food is a little too tedious for me and tend to foul up the water more.

Usually commercialise product is more convieniece and balanced. So i would prefer pellet.
