it look too bare to me now....
so now look like a hill that just went thru soil erosion...haha
That's kind of the idea... . I might tie some ferns, or nanas in the near future. Thanks for the compliment and the suggestions.

    Ahahah... I'm not that lazy...

Update... I know it's only been about 2 weeks, but there's been a noticeable difference in the growth, plus my damned Brigittaes have suddenly got white spots on them... Need to get some medication for that...

Now I need to go look for some Hairgrass to throw in the mix... Also, what do you guys think? Should I remove the patch of moss on the lower righthand side of the driftwood?

Brainclaw, don't worry about filling out the empty spaces. ET sends out runners very fast. Give it a few weeks your substrate will be nicely covered by them. Then, the constant harvest will begin. In fact, you may to watch that the ET won't crowd out your HG .

Sorry to hear abt the ich on the brigittae - hard to cure them without losing some of them. Lost a number to white spot too.

Sorry to hear about the brigittae, it could be they are stressed due to not enough cover for them, they like darker surroundings with plently of shades...mine do better with more cover than open spaces

Thanks, soulfinder78. It's just 1 piece of wood. I picked it up from Biotope(near Ikea, if you're not sure where it is). They've got some pretty nice pieces of driftwoods, not like the common bogwoods, or blocky driftwoods that you find in most of our LFSs...
