I saw my nana's leaf eaten by some fish. Not sure who eat it. There are SAE, clown loach, apple snails, yamato and malayan shrimp inside. Anyone knows who eat it?

Most likely it's the clown loach. They are notorious for leaving horseshoe shaped bites on large leave plants like Echinodoruses and Anubias. I've read of them leaving bite marks on tough plants like anubias, but not eating them. I've read about them eating delicate stem plants.
Could be the apple snail too. Some snails only eat the dying plant parts... some will eat the live parts too. Observe the snail.
Plant turn yellow and rot => lack of nutrient(s). Are you fertilising this tank? What is your fertilisation routine? Mostly likely lack of NO3.

Oh i see. I think I didnt have enough nutrients for the nana. Will use some ferka for them. I will watch my loach, they always hide in the day. Donno what they doing inside the driftwood.

That's typical cloan loach behaviour. It's a good way to catch them if you ever need to. Just give them an opaque container with only one opening to hide in. When they are all inside, cover the opening and lift out the container. But you'll need to prevent them from accessing the other usual hideouts first, by removal or blockage.
Another of their unique habits is to sleep on their sides, making ppl think they are dead.

Oh, juggling is hard work, man!...
While I was away, all the young leaves on my Nanas were all eaten !I believe this new Synodontis catfish of mine is the culprit. It could be because the 'care taker' did not feed them sinking algae wafer. I am now feeding them regularly and waiting to see if the new leaves are still being eaten.
