Added any new driftwood recently? It looks to me like driftwood fungus. It's harmless and fish like mollies/platies will eat it. Anyway it'll go away eventually as your tank matures.
I discovered this film lke thingy in my tank, looks like tissue stuff floating in the water, what is it and is it harmful?

Added in a small piece of DW with nanas, but the dw was from previous tank.
The whitish thingy was formed overnite, as if it appear so suddenly from nowhere.

It's most likely driftwood fungus. Will disappear with time.
