anyway, if it boast high flow rate, chances are that it will not be quiet.
Hi guys, anyone using this fan and how does it perform? I'm particularly interested to know if it's silent, like it claims on the box. I tried doing a search, but all I got was inconclusive results and people recommending to DIY fans instead of actual comments on fans' performance...
