I not sure if I overdose Mallick's liquid fertilizer?
I poured 1 cap of the fert into my 12 litre tank

And I put some new anubias into the tank.

Minutes later, a lot of shrimps jump out
and some just concussed and die

Could it be the new plant or the fert?

High chance is over dose of fert that causing the shirmps reaction. They are sensitive to such changes

2ml can be a 2 litre shock to the shrimps. Its always better to err on the side of caution. Use less fert next time and perhaps you should drip it into the tank slowly after mixing it with some fresh water.

2 days ago, I used the trace. I put about 1.5 ml. The shrimps are alright. They didnt suicide or show panic.

Big shrimps like yamato and some cherry managed to revive! Some look dead but started chewing plants when I changed the water.

Just now, I put 2 shrimps inside a pail with the plants. Both of them dead. So i am quite sure that there are some chemicals on the plant that caused the death.

Now that's a vital piece of information Shaman. If they died with the Anubias, please take the Anubias out and give them a good rinse. They may have been treated with a pesticide since they're usually grown in emersed culture. Be very careful when you introduce new plants to the tank.

Do a water change for your tank but in slight quantities over a staggered period of time. It will help to remove whatever impurities that the chemicals may have released into the water. Chemical filtration via the use of activated carbon is a good idea at this stage to aid in the removal of the unwanted chemicals.
