Hey folks growing or who have grown "mini pelia",

is the plant alright with above 28 degrees temp?

I was keeping my "mini pelia" in a fan cooled, non-co2 tank (1.5ft with 13watt clip on), after one month, it has just slight grown out of the green plastic mesh that i bound it it.

only just, i have placed it in my better lit tank without fan but with Co2. Would the temperature cause it to like slowly die? Assuming all things being constant, would there be a higher chance of the "mini pelia" dying?
