seek advices for new setup

hi guys; need ur advices to setup new tank.

if given tank size is:45cm*27cm*26cm
Qns: what will be the ideal lighting?! 3wpg or 2wpg?!?

Given if i wanna setup a shrimp tank, only moss- taiwan and erect moss.

be installing a DIY co2 and fans
Qns: if i were to go for low maintain, do i require a filter( those clip on by the side) ?

What other things i need to look out for?!?! pls advice

2wpg will do for your moss. Any higher and I think without sufficient plant mass you'll run into problems.

Shrimps can do without a filter, but I still reccomend you go for one since it provides water circulation, something that mosses do well with.

My vote? Go without CO2. Much less problems. Go with a small internal filter in this case (those Eden ones in blue packaging), and keep the water cool. Your moss should grow beautifully this way.

For moss + shrimps tank - you will be very successful if your tank temperatures are kept as low as 26 deg C. The rest like lighting and fertilzation is not important. You will be surprised that 1 WPG will just be able to work for you..

jux bought a PL lighting 18watt for the tank
tank dimension:45cm*27cm*26cm (isit sufficient?!?!)
