My apologies, Richard. I forgot to add that you can only do it about 2 hours after you make your tenth post. System constraint.

i have already refer to this particular thread before posting my question? members need to have at least 10 posts in order to be able to use custom avartar. i already have 28 posts. so why can't i use custom avartar? please advice. thank you.
