I hope that I am posting this thread in the correct sub forum

I got this from BCA when I submit to ask for approval for 4x2x2.5 feet tank:
No submission for building plan approval is required. However, please note the allowable loading for residential building is
    restricted to 1.5 kN/m2 or 150 kg/m2.

Can someone help me to understand what is the loading for a 4x2x2.5 feet and 5x2x2 feet tank.

    Thank

calculate the weight of the 4x2x2.5 feet and 5x2x2 feet tanks. divide this by the tanks' footprint. you'll get the loading of the tanks.

    150 kg/m2 means not more than 150kg per m2.

That is 4xxkg/m2. And using this method, my loading on the floor is 4000kg/m2. Much more if someone wear high heel or sitting on a 4 small contact point chair.
