curently my tank had been setup for more than 1 month. starting water seems clear but now it start to become cloudy... seems to have alot of white particles in the wter. tried some water purifying product but instead of getting better it looks more white than ever.

what's wrong and how can i make my water clear again???

i'm using those hanging type of filter, for my previous tank i'm using those external bio filter and i had no such problem.

could it be due to "bacterial bloom"

izzit cloudy or just a lot of partices hanging around....

i guess ur filter may not be fine enough to filter away the clumps of particles that are supposed to form aft u add those water coagulating solutions

You can... I added biohome to my hang-on.

Search the net or this forum for solutions to bacterial bloom.

biohome will help a lot to cure ur bacterial bloom...meanwhile dun dose those solutions that claims to cluster and filter away the particles...cos once u tried and it dun work, means it dun work on ur type of filter...biohome helps so build up ur good bacterial which will help u to clear ur bacterial bloom....

    Try UV light.

Also, add anti-chlorine to the water before you add into your tank (water change)

That's what I added, probably like ten peices of Biohome only. It's a Eheim Liberty 100, but I've done the same for my Ocean Free mini hang-on.
