    Hi All

Any comments if I get a JBJ or Dennerle brand? Beside the $$ issue, I would love to hear the life span and trouble that any bro experience.

All complains and comments are welcome.

JBJ = Taiwan made whereas Dennerle = German made

Got no experience with the above brands but so far didn't hear any problems regarding these two brands from fellow aquarists.

And my Bioplast (German made) and UP (Taiwan made) regulators with solenoid are doing well for my 2 tanks.

I'm got JBJ one. Being using it for about 3 years. No problems so far.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

I use Denerlle system. It's the only equipment that I spurge on for my tank. Love it! It's been performing as per normal for 3 years already. Like most German CO2 systems, the solenoid valve emits low heat, about 1-2watts and feel warm to touch. For Taiwanese brands, they tend to be hotter. Dernelle, Bioplast and Dupla are good brands to spurge on. However, as long as the CO2 system performs its job well, the brand does not really matter since a beautiful tank relies much more on plant/fish selection and the skill of the aquarist. Might as well save on it and spend on exotic fauna and flora.

    Cheers!
