Custom made cupboards and tanks

Eh, dunno whether this is the right thread...

I wanna custom build a cupboard (~3-4ft long but ~1ft wide only) and I wanna place 2 tanks on it, together with some accessories... So, was thinking of finding a manufacturer to do both cupboard and tanks... Anyone has any recommendation?

Normal cupbaord, but strong enough for 2 tanks? Or a tank cabinet built for 2 tanks (E.g. has a recessed area at the top to put the tanks).

And what sized tanks?

Hmm, I'll be contented for a normal cupboard strong enough for 2 tanks... Cos of the limited space, the width of cupboard and thus the tanks also, should be kept to 1ft or slightly more... Actually, even at 1ft, I might have to opt for a doorless or sliding doors...

Can also used to store the garang guni staff I am hording in my room now... *Sigh*...

Since you're going to get the tanks custom built anyway, you're probably better off getting the cabinet custom built by the tank marker as well, firstly, it may be quite difficult to find 1 foot wide ready made cupboard, secondly, the ready made cupboard may not be able to take the weight of the tank in the long run and may result in slight bending, since you're going to have 2 tanks sitting on top of the cupboard, ideally you should have a horizontal support at the edge of the tank that is near the centre of the cupboard, the ready made cupboard may not have it. Lastly, normal furniture are usually put together using nails/screws, what you should be looking for should be put together using joints, and preferably be reinforced just for peace of mind.

What is the height of the tank you're planning to get?

Thanks for the recommendation, maybe my wordings not accurate, I am looking for custom made cupboard and it can look like a normal cupboard... Maybe the next time I am around NA or Toa Payoh, I can drop by and talk to the this Mr Lim.

I want to have a paludarium (1/3 or 1/2 filled) and a shrimp tank on it... Height should be kept at 1ft or at most 1.5ft. The 2 tanks' total length should be smaller than the cupboard as I need space for things like lighting, switches etc...

Anyone has anymore recommendations? Thanks...

I am hoping that the tanks and the cupboard/cabinet can be completed before CNY...

I am looking at cabinet 3-4ft long, ~1ft wide (yes, can only afford that, else have to have sliding doors!) and ~2.5ft tall... I wanna put 2 tanks on top. The tank size will have to accomdate the cabinet, so that is not a worry... What other specs should I state?...
