Thanks for the advise. how about the cleaning of filter? 'coz everytime filter cleaning causes some debris (or sh.t) swimming inside the water for a while

, will that harm the shrimplet?

What filteration you using ?
Washing is ok, but not to harm your filter medai BB...

Those r harmless, CRS may even feed on thing comes out from filter.

have been using hanging filter. when cleaning, will only remove the media while the power is off (which also causes some 'stuff' to back flow into the tank).

side track a bit if u guys dun mind. i got 2 yamato with eggs. for ard 2 weeks already but why still haven't release the eggs??? anyone can advise???

I heard they hold the eggs around 17 days, wait another week, i tink they will release the eggs soon. But the larve will not survive in freshwater. U can check with the the yamato expert here.
