recently i also notice some moss turning brown on my side...i think too much light may be a likely cause, cos i added 1x 18W recently, just reduced 1 hr of my lighting today...see how it goes....only i mesh quite affected, around 20-30% turn brown, the rest are still slowly growing...temp still maintain ard 27degrees, using seachem flourish too....4ml twice a week
i'm ADDicted to this wonderful hobby

i have since started growing moss in a newly set up tank
    2ft x 1 x 1.5

    temp at ard 27degrees
fert using: aqua lushgro and seachem flourish
ligths: 72W on for 6 hours
KH: only 3' (any ways to increase this)
CO2 injection (how many bpm shd i have)
the moss has new shoots but seems to be paler in colour when first introduced into the tank

is it becos of the light? or is it becos it has jus been added into a new set up?
    pls help
    thanks guys
    happy new yr

mine was like that too last time, i upped the ferts a little then it became much better. You have any source of Micros fert? Anyway, taiwan is supposed to be rather hardy, hmmm lights are not the main factor, Temp is, your temp seems ok. Try ferts first then
