Hi, I filled my 2l CO2 cylinder last Wed and yesterday it was empty. I used 2-3 bps for 7 hours per day. I suspect somewhere is leaking. This is the 2nd time which I have this problem within 1 month. The cylinder is from Pet Mart. Anyone has any idea how to solve this problem ? Thanks in advance.

First have to identify where is the cause by doing a leak test and since the bottle is empty, you would have to refill it again.
The leak test would be soak your airline into a pail of clean water (not soapy water) while the regulater is switch on to see any air (CO2) bubbles are forming along the airline and the bubble forming area is cause for the depreciation of CO2.
Then spray some mild soapy water on the main on/off valve to see any bubble forming. No bubble forming means the valve is ok, got bubble means need to replace. Dymax CO2 set have prob with main on/off valve. Good Luck.....
Note: remember to clean off the soapy water after that.

for a properly filled 2l cylinder to leak all its contents in 1 week, there has to be a pretty big leak. you should be able to check if you hear any hissing sound.
another reason is that the cylinder is not properly filled. check the weight of the cylinder before and after filling. if filled with liquid co2 then there will be a difference in weight. if filled with gaseous co2 then there will be almost no difference in weight.
check for leaks by applying soapy water to the joints of your co2 tubing and regulator.
