    What does these fellas look like? Are they emperor tetras?

    Anyone has a picture? What's their rough size?

    Thanks a lot. Looking for a companions for my cardinals and gold tetras.

    To me this don't look like a emperor tetras because
    emperor tetras tail don't look like that.[:]

    the picture shows a BLUE emperor (I. kerri), a slightly different species from the normal emperor, lah.

    you would be right
    normal emperors have a triply forked tail as well as yellow fringes on their fins
    their sheen is deep blue/purple

    that's not the nematobrycon palmeri
