Here's my office tank.1ft tank...1 oto, 1 ochio, 5 red eye rasboras, 2 yamatos
just set up this tank about three weeks ago...well...pufferfish died..or else it would have been in there too...

Got Co2?? The stem plants (looks like those which are preattached to wood) will convert to their more fine-leaved submersed version... the ferny plant you got is unfortunately not an aquatic - it will die off after a while... if you like the ferny effect, why not get some narrow leaf java ferns (saw some at Ecoculture [www.ecoculturesg.com] and tie them on the wood at the back?
Those are red-eye tetras, not rasboras:P
I know what's an oto, but what's an ochio??
Tank looks a little overcrowded for the red-eyes..
