    hi,

    just got two new manual regulators and everytime i adjust the amount of bubbles going in, it decreases from time to time. do i need to service my regulators?

    I guess this is the problem of manual regulator. it somehow not constant.

    chances are that your 'regulators' are nothing more than a simple on/off valve. and it is almost impossible to have proper flow control and you'll tear your hair out trying.
    you need a needle valve for flow control. no other device can do this job.

    Agreed with tawauboy!
    Manual regulators are just as good as a simple on/off valve, if not, worse!
    They will never produce constant bubble counts!
    Wat you need is a dual gauges regulator to step down the pressure and a needle valve to fine tune the bubble count!

    nope. a solenoid is an electromagnet. when used with a solenoid valve, they work as an electrically controlled on/off valve.

    if you want to have precision control of co2 flow rate, a proper co2 regulator and needle valve are required.
