This is my 1st experimental 1.5ft tank setup that encompass both Top plants and aquatic plants. To be exact, the actual name for these setup are Garden aquarium.

Final - Top left, waterfall effect, along with "jiang Tai Gong" fishing...

No garden aquarium is complete without either an old man fishing statue or an old man on a water buffalow I'm impressed at how you made such uninteresting rocks look so good in the tank Good stuff JT BTW, what plants are you using? I can't identify any of them...

Thanks. Plants. Hmm...I'm not sure as well. Those on the right side are "pond" plants which I got from Farmart. There is an airplant beside the old man. The rest moss and plants you can find on the common grassland. I just walk around and saw what was soothing to me on the grass patch and took a few and transfer over.

That's a interesting set-up, have you consider having some java/nanas fern tied on dritwood positioned sticking out from the rocks background?

At 1st, I wanted to keep the water portion rocky, thus did not want to have any plants, however now, algae or the rocks has turned slightly green/brown, maybe I could give it a try. Thanks

For me, the blue light ruins everything.
