Tigers and bees shrimps dying

Hi,

I dont know why my tigers and bee shrimps are dying? They die from spasm or something like that. If it's the temperature problem then the shrimps in the 5ft tank shouldn't be there as the waters at 28C.

Can anyone please help me?

Tiger & Bee shrimps need low temperature, 28oC is not the long run idea for this 2 types of shrimps...
