Look at those things mentioned carefully. If you feel you have done what you can, then I cannot help you.

give it more time to mature. jsut bear with it. i know how it feels to have an empty tank of water with plants. jsut let the water mature and slowly introduce shrimps into the tank. I also did the same thing as you, i added in some base fert so at the moment i ahve 1 cherry shrimp but everytime i want to get more they are always out of stock.........

Check the KH and GH. Make sure the plant mass is high...pack the tank with as much plants as you can add. (Look at pictures of established tanks and the amount of plant mass in them. Don't wait for things to grow in.). Check the CO2 level with pH/KH chart if you inject CO2.

Water change is good for critters...why folks seems to think water change is plague beats me.

Bro you seems to very correct, my PH level seems to go up coincidentally with me introducing the ADA soil and then removing quite a fair bit of my plants, took out my e.tenulls, blyxia japonica and my riccia.
Really seems to be that could be the root cause of my problem.
WC to me is ok with me, hee! coz i don't really have a big tank, but was just afraid that i might worsen the situation by me doing anything silly.

Bro Peter, because i've decided to rescape my tank with only HC, christmas moss and mini nanas. If more plants to be introduce? any plants to recommend for temp purposes?

Don't think too much into the pH unless it is associated with the KH for CO2 level measurement. Look into estimative index method for growing aquatic plants well.

Any cheap real aquatic plants would do.
