yeah!!! at last managed to get a pic of the cabinet i made for my 1ft tank... i had a 1ft cube tank n i wanted to make it into a shrimp tank... but i thought putting the tank on a table or anything else not very nice, so i made my own cabinet for the 1 ft tank... yeah!!! here r the pics...

basically i used plywood... i sawed into sizes i want n just make lor... haha... the black exterior is actually black oyama paper... just tried pasting on a small part n realised it worked, so paste everywhere... haha... then made the door, then also made the hood... very fulfilling after seeing the end product... haha...

now it has lapis sand in it n is running on a hang-on filter... the light i use is only 5W!!! there is also 2 fans under the hood to cool the water... super effective...

cant wait to plant n add shrimps!!! haha... comment all welcome... thanks!!!

Yeah, whole thing is DIY except for the tank itself... lazy to make the tank so got one instead. The plywood is half inch thick... got it from DIY store...

    Cheers,
Haha... might become trend but may not as well because such setups already around for long time... You know those nano tank sets with cabinet stands... those are around for long time but not many people buy those, cause it's very expensive and they rather buy bigger tanks or use coffee tables...

I just love to DIY... Haha... Thanks...

I've forgotten... but I'll try to recall and let you guys know...

One thing about DIY is that alot of extra cost here and there. Many think that DIY is much cheaper but truth is sometimes almost same as mass produced. Or sometimes it'll cost more than mass produced stuff...

Haha... but i still like to DIY...

If you all want, I can make for you all but you all must pay for everything. Also give me a little "kopi" money and money to buy ferts la... always no money to buy ferts one... haha...

I don't mind making for you guys, just need to tell me your exact specifications and stuff... and I'll quote you and take care of the rest...

    I love DIY!!!
