I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?
Me too... 4x25w T8 to T5. Anyone know how?
You need to make sure that the T5 tubes are able to fit in the housing. If it fits, then you can modify them. But the only problem you will face is the eballast that will not be able to fit into the housing...
Ifyo u see the last 2 pictures, the housing I use can fit up to 4 T5 tubes....

Hey dr evil, how much would you charge if I asked you to mod my light set?
That and would you accept an Xbox as payment?![]()
I believe Juwel lighting uses E ballast. I am thinking if the length of the T8 & T5 tube are the same, i'll change the end caps and refit the 18W T8 to 24W T5.Originally Posted by dr evil

Thanks......manz....ho say liao. Now just have to find the way to open up the Juwel light hood....need to look at the wattage of the E ballast.Originally Posted by dr evil
You will void the warranty of the Juwel Multilux lightset. Also, be careful of the waterproofing.Originally Posted by sunnydaze
