    Don't think so.

    I had 2 full grown SAEs in my 4 ft tank that included Chrries as well. Whilst the cherries didn't die off entirely, I thought the reproduction rate was very slow given that chrries are known to breed easily.

    Since I removed my SAEs, I've seen the population of cherries expanding rapidly including many small fries around. This is something which did not exist previously.

    BTW, all this time I also had cardinals and rummy nose so I can more or less conclude that SAEs are not good mix with Cherries.

    hmm.....most likely will take ur advice into consideration.

    My SAE is abt an adult size, realise it has stop feeding on algae which initially i bought it for. will kinda fight for its share, when i feed my cherries with algae wafers.

    will remove them
