recently, discovered a patch of my glosso infected with algae. They represents specks of green dust on the leaves. Can anyone recommend any solutions?

If it is spot algae, I don't think algae crew will solve it. Increase your phosphate content in the water, either feed more or increase your dosing of KH2PO4 if you're using it slightly. Meanwhile I'll just cut the affected leaves off.

Push up PO4 slowly. Triple check the CO2 content before you increase on your PO4
