Lily Pipe Alternatives

I was wondering whether there are other kind of ADA Lily Pipe lookalikes out there? I saw one by Eheim I think, but that one is green in color.

I am hoping to find some cheaper alternative to the ADA pipe. My main issue is that it has to be transparent.

Anyone knows?

You could try getting them made yourself... I know there's a shop along Jalan Besar that can fabricate something similar for you in acrylic.

really? but do they accept single orders? i wonder about the cost as well.

Do you have any idea on the shop's name or address?

Yup, they will do single orders. You've just got to either bring them a sample, or a technical drawing of the item(s) you want done. I don't have the shop's name, or address. It's along Jalan Besar, closer to Sim Lim side. It's under the HDB blocks, in the same block there are a couple of lighting shops as well...

Yup! That's the one. It's quite close to Gardenmaster(it's a LFS).... Or something like that.

Guys, thanks the response. One thing I gotta say right at the start is I am no engineer or technical drawer and I have no experience in that too.

From what I gather maybe Rupert is able to come up with the pipe specs?

I really want to try for such a purchase but I was thinking that we need someone to come out with the specs and hopefully with a bulk purchase we'll also help to lower the price.

I have a specimen of the spoon device, it came with my Atman cannistor.

If I'm not wrong, Izzat has a clear arcylic one made for his tank.

Can we borrow that so that we can show the shop what we have in mind? I'll see if I can squeeze time on Monday or early Tuesday as Rupert has the drawings.

Just be careful of copyright issues if the designs are patented.

I have attached some specs that I did a while ago, but what interests me is that it might be possible to do some quite unusual designs in acrylic.

When I showed anyone the tech drawings they became cautious, yet when I just showed them some eheim 16/22mm piping and said that it should fit the glass makers were ok. But glass was too expensive... I have added 4 designs in the equipment section of the forum

The specifications change based on what the pipes are made of. Copyright I am quite sure is not an issue as U / N design has been around since the pyramids

I have been looking around for these for quite a while now!
But still no luck!
Would really be interested to pool in if a mass order is required!
I am currently using the spoon device that Bro Squee mentioned!
