Getting my tank in less than a fortnight and had been shopping around for 2 pcs of driftwood. But those LFSs I had been to had very limited choice and not very appealing pieces. Request recommendation on places that have better collection. Tks

The farms have a good collection as I can see from the AQ farm outing pictures. I've also heard mention of places like Keong Seong, Biotope.

I was at this LFS a few days ago and the boss Ben was very very friendly. Also the stuff there are very reasonably priced. Might want to check them out.

To add, I prefer bogwood to DW as bogwood is longer and adds more 'pattern' to the tank

C328 has quite a lot of wood too. NA also has a good selection, if I didn't recall wrongly.

    Hi Lim
I know what you mean, you can try Teo's farm. Variety is pretty big and the wood colour is almost of the same type. I'm pretty confident you'll find what you need there. PS: you might need to resize them as they come quite big over there. Try to have a concept first, it makes life easier...hope it helps

Address: 50, Lim Chu Kang,( lot 15 ) Lane 9. Staff is friendly, if you think price too high just ask for discount.
Something about the water & the fishes that calms me down.

Do note that bogwood takes much longer than DW to sink ... mine took almost 2 months!

Would soaking bogwood in a pail of hot water help it to sink faster? Or was it to remove the tannins... can't remember.
