If you're looking for the 5 issues of English Aquajournal, they can be found in Nature Aquarium, opposite Thomson Medical Centre. You can only buy 4; the 5th one is out of print.

Japanese Aquajournals can also be found there, as well as ADA Aquascaping Contest books.

Note: There are other shops that have them too, I'm just mentioning the LFS that I know that sells Aquajournals. As usual I'm in no way affliated with Nature Aquarium.
