I use Lushgro's KNO3 and KH2PO4, Seachem's Equlibrium and Tropica Master Grow. Takes care of practically everything plants need.

thanks for your help! May i ask what Seachem's equilibrium is used for?
Seachem Equilibrium is used to maintain GH as well as to prevent deficiency of Ca2+ and Mg2+.
how about Ferka`s line?
I started with TMG, then to dennerle and now finally to Ferka. all 3 products work differently, I prefer ferka, they seem to work better for my tank
hi brad,
this is my 30th year in this hobby and i've tried the works.
they give almost the same results.
however with ferka, i have seen instant results and my plants not only grow out of the aquarium they bloom flowers.
i'm not related to ferka in any anway but don't take my word for it.
best of all it is hassle free.
send me your email and i will post you some pixs.
cheers
heard lots of good stuff about ferka. probably will try it once I finish my current bottle of stuff
I am using Ferka Root Tabs for my cryptocoryne and I am quite pleased with the results so far.

Lushgrow isn't too bad. Only that I don't like the Nitrogen content, as I prefer to control this directly using Potassium Nitrate (KNO3). Currently I am using the Ferka base substrate (on a largely crypt tank set up 2 years ago), JBL base fert on a 2 ft non-CO2 tank and using Profito and Seachem Equilibrium for micronutrients. The ferka rosette tablets are also useful for boosting growth of rooted plants like crypts and echinodorus.
I think you should search the forum for posts on the Estimative Index and the various nutrients plants need before deciding which combination suits your needs and budget. There is no single product that encompasses everything plants need. Buying and dosing without understanding what exactly are you dosing isn't a wise move.

I am a user as well as a reseller. As a user, Ferka's range of products are easy to use, just 2 bottles of liquid fertilizers and 2 types of root tabs. Yes, they yield good results.
As a reseller, I do not find it difficult to promote, as they contain the essential nutrients for plant growth for the experience hobbyist. As for the beginner, all they have to do is just to pump, simple.
You can try it to see the results.![]()
Ferka Aquatilizer.. perfect for someone like me who wants fuss-free fertilisation.
And good value for money!
I have tried Ferka before in my 2 tanks for a period. Plant growth was good and no algae issues.

Simple to use and fuss free. With the pump, it makes dosing so much easier.

i am using ferka fert and the result is good i would say.
cheers
I got some Ferka samples from the recent aquarama and I especially like the root tab because it breaks down completely over time and absorbed by the plants. It is a nice alternative to "Root monster" which doesn't break down and leave a nasty chunk which tends to be uprooted when you move plants around. It seems to be just the thing for deep root plants like Echinodorus and crypts that needs little boost.![]()

Overall most preferred liquid ferts I had used so far goes to *drum beat*
FERKA!
Well, I have a low maintainance 400l tank running on two 150w MH lights. Theres was once I turn off my CO2 when my filter broke down. The few things I did for the next six months was dosing some Ferka Aquatilizer once awhile and feeding my fishes daily (about 30-40 cardinals).
To my surprise, my taiwan mosses grew extremely well and the crypts was like taking over the tank, building its colony on top of my java ferns.
MY BBA also starts disappearing, probably eaten by the ever hungry platies but atleast prove that they are under control and aside abit of greenish water maybe due to the over lighting, there's not much problem at all.
PS:
Although theres alot of myth on MH lights must come with chiller, I must state that I prove it wrong when I could maintain my tank at average of 25.5-27.5 degrees running a AC fan 24/7. (My house isn't that airy as well as my friend refuse to play mahjong in my residence as they find it stuffy![]()
where to get this FERKA line of ferts ?
