i got to know this from a friend that a chiller will solve blue green algae problem especially when your tank is exposed to direct sunlight.

i only got to know that green water algae solution is with UV steriliser.

Please share your thoughts.

No. Low/no NO3.

Low/no NO3 causes BGA. Not sure how your friend did it. Perhaps share more details?

Low temp=better condition for plant growth=more uptake of no3=lower no3?

Don't add any source of nitrogen and keep up with the rest of the nutrients and CO2. See if you get an explosion of BGA along with stunt plants in that chilled tank.
