I have a 20 cm long bolbitis rhizome with 6-8 leafstalks on it (leaves already cut away). Can I cut the rhizome into individual pieces with a stalk attached? Will it grow new leaves from the nodes (I've noticed swellings at some of the nodes, dormant buds maybe?) Thanks in advance.
    Regards

    Hi Primera,
Yes, it probably will. Do take note, I've observed a slight dormant period with this plant before it takes off so be patient. You want it faster, temperature no higher than 28 degrees ,place the plant right next to the filter outlet. It loves the current, don't ask me why. Absolutely essential..hope the info helps.
Something about the water & the fishes that calms me down.
