TFH has a title call Aquarium Plant Paradise by Takashi Amano. That should be of interest to you.

Alternatively, Dennerle's 2 plant publication also features set up instructions.
Cheers,

Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

Yes, benny mentioned a very good book.
Unfortunatly I can't think of any others, few books are available on aquascaping.

Consider the AGA DVD 2004 where Amano did a setup.

where can i buy this book? Aquarium Plant Paradise by Takashi Amano.

Borders, Kinokuniya? Ngee Ann Polytechnic Library also has this book. I believe our National Library also has.

The Amano series are always out of the library! Wonder if someone took them for his/her own collection!Originally Posted by |squee|

I have Nature Aquarium vol 1 and 3. Are they similar in content to Aquarium Plant Paradise? Although there are some excellent aquascapes in those two vols, there is little information on how Amano approached the setups. I am interested in a book which provides step-by-step guide starting from an empty tank.Originally Posted by benny
Hi Peter, thanks for the info. Any ideas where I can order the DVD?

Not really, there're more diagrams and explanations on aquascaping imho. But it's much thinner than Nature Aquarium World books.Originally Posted by Thor
Have you consider getting back issues of the Aqua Journal magazines?

Aquarium Plant Paradise by Takashi Amano is a good book and it does have layouts and diagrams as terence described.
i like book one and three in the nature aq series. book 2 are nano tank setups..
