Java moss can melt

For the 2 yrs I've had my present tank I've been harvesting moss periodically by the fistfuls.

then recently suddenly its melting. only change to the tank was the addition of cyperus helferi. fertilisation regime (3 drops of ADA brighty special lights and 1 drop of Tetra florapride each day) remains the same. CO2 regime low as usual (1 bubble every 2 seconds)

what could be wrong?
