very unsuccesful with shrimps

when the temperature of the tank rises,does it affact the CRS colour? as in the colour fades?

These are some of the 3step which i follow to keep my shrimp
Step 1. Keep water
keep the water stable. mean suitable for shrimp. You need to make sure the water system is in good condition .
Step 2. Grow Plant
Grow plant. Plant are good indication of water quality.
3. Rear Shrimp
Final step after you have make sure the water are suitable for the shrimp keeping. if the plant is able to grow healthy, i m sure the water quality should be good, and make sure it clean.:P
