Thanks guys.. if not successful this time, it will have to wait till I return.
I've since separated the male because the female became too defensive and was terrorising the male very badly.

    Hello Mervin,
    Thanks for the suggestion..
My wife is watching this tank daily(that's a big favour already) ..she just told me she didn't see the eggs anymore!! argh...
Its my own fault for disturbing the female by lifting the driftwood position twice.
    I hope it has hatched...
    Will update again.

Benetay, if you are kind enough to pop-by my place, you might be the first bearer of good news!
And help me take some good photos of the fries.. please if possible.
And also check for casualties in the other tanks... <hope not!!>
Especially the tank on the 3 row extreme left... hehe..

    sure.. when I get back..
Its a simple 4tier set-up of some 'S' and 'M' sized FivePlan tanks on 1 wall.
    All housing Apistos.

Another wall is a 2 tier 2ft tank - which I will eventually tear it down.
This is where my Eliz spawned.

Middle wall is a 2 tier 5.5ft tank.
Top tier is 5.5ft, bottom tier is sub-divided into 7 partitions for Apistos as well.

Please don't ask me how many tanks.. or how many fishes.
    I'm quite embarrassed too..

Yorky have been travelling quite frequently due to work commitment, so let me update you people with his eli.

So far was mentioned that a max of 10 fries are left. which is pretty promising already despite his busy work load...

lets hope to see some juv. eli 'super red' in months to come.
    Cheers!

Bene, my wife just counted the fries.
18 surviving fries about 1cm size now.
Doing only once a day feeding.

On a separate note, saw the other wrigglers clearer now.
2 black eyes peeping out of the egg sac!
    woo hoo!
