Went Keong Siong earlier and saw a really cute and small CO2 tank which works for nano tanks I guess. The whole setup with CO2 and regulator is like 12cm tall only.
And it seems like the regulator will "self-pierce" the CO2 tank when screwed on!! Anyone tried it before?

Here are some pictures of the regulator and tank.

That's really small... How much (roughly) does it cost? Wonder if the refill would be frequent or cost as much as the bigger tanks...

As with ADA products, its not cheap. $158 for whole set and $20 for the entire replacement tank

It's a CO2 system for Nano tank set up. The pressurized CO2 cartridge is disposable. Nice, but a a price. Only for those who are seriously concerned about asthetics on the outside as well as the inside.

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

    hi joe,
to answer your specific question, the co2 regulator works like magic. Its also a beauty and wld interest gadget freaks like me (hahaha). It is quite the rolls royce of regulators I wld say. sleek and hardworking, yet elegant.

I have had a very good experience with ADA indeed and wldnt hesitate in recommending it to fellow hobbyists.

How easy is this product to use and how long do the cartridges usually last(using a standard 2ft as a gauge)?

P.S. This is what part of the alphabet would look like if Q and R were eliminated.

The cylinder is not larger than your palm size so I dun think its meant for 2ft tanks ... probably can only use for less than 1ft tanks
