    I know, the soil compossition is the most important issue on growing emersed Cryptocoryne. So, I leave you some easy guidelines to get success.

    1.- Granulated components of the mixture. Clay, peat, sand, tree barks, composted wood, and so on.





    2.- Get a suitable pH range for every sp. mixing diferents components.

    3.- Use R/O water (or soft and with poor mineralization) into the set up bottom.

    I`ve got some great stuff. Old mushroom composte. It`s a nice mix of compsted manure, straw, loam, peat, lime, and I imagine a few other things. I was thinking of mixing it with Flourite. Do you think it could work well? I use it in my flowerbed outside and plants grow 2X the size the nurseries say they will.
