    Hi all,
I hope, that this question belongs to the thread about equipment. Otherwise I'm sorry

I live in Czech Republic (Central Europe) and there is no ADA retailer. The nearest shop is in next country. However, they sell ADA products for terrible prices. I know that ADA is not cheap but the shop has almost two times greater prices than shop in usa (measured by adaeuro.com and aquariumdesigngroup.com).

Can anyone tell me if there is some posibility how to get ADA from Japan or another Asian country (for example from some e-shop)?

I'm interested in lighting system :: Solar I or Solar II, maybe Solar Mini (i don't know technical description).

    Thanks your reply
    regards V31

hello there. Good to see someone living in europe here well, i already have CO2 system and what interests me is lighting. So if you know about something cheaper than adaeuro or other shops, let me know please.

I hope you see prague one day, it's great city

ADA goods are strictly price controlled as far as I aware. ada europe is more expensive only becuse of 2 factors : 1) delivery cost frm japan 2) import and sale duties.

if you cld, you shld try asking a friend based in japan to buy for you n have it sent to prague by ship mate. honestly, that's one of the better solutions i think.

    have fun.

That's why i hate europe, high import costs and sale :\
Well how is it with voltage, plugs, sockets, and other aspects refering to electricity? Is it possible to use japan products in europe conditions?

I think Richard from Aquaessentials stocks and retails them. He's one of our members here and is based in UK.

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

I've already asked him via email. He's able to send everything what is in stock. But I didn't find any ADA lighting system, but fluorescent tubes, on his website.. Well, I'll try to ask him once again if he is able to import it..
