Zebra gobies? Ooo... Sound interesting... Any pic?

Knights are brackish... The Zebras also?

I am thinking of transferring them to a 1ft cube in a couple of month's time... And then maybe put some lampeyes or similar surface dwellers with them... No way am I going to sacrifice my Endlers!
i see.. your neons looks similar to those at eco-culture. maybe you can take a look there

i got no camera at the moment ha... will try to take a pic of them when i can get hold of one ha.. but the stripes on them aren't that 'zebra-y' ha..

knights are supposedly brackish and when i got the zebras, the person also reminded me that they are brackish. i did put some salt initially in the tank that they are in. but its been a long long time since i added any extra salt, even with the occasionally water changes. in fact, they aren't having any problems. thriving well and squabbling with one another for food.. so i guess they have adapted to the freshwater.

Zebra gobies? Hmm... interesting, the ones I know are SW species, never heard of a FW kind.

I know there was a tankful of Bumblebees, which are quite different from the normal kind we see, along with another tank of Knight gobies a while ago. Are these the ones instead?

Last saw them at Ben's, about a month back. Only a few of them, not sure if they are still there.

Ok... Have to dig this up...

I found out that the red finned ones at C328 look gorgeous in the algae infested tank... Ok, I cheated, it is BGA... But I am sure there are some algae in it...

Mine looks darn washed out... and 1 neon just died recently...

Would it be a good idea to release them into my 2ft tank with Endler's Livebearers and cherry shrimps?

There will be plenty of algae for them... And they should colour up much better...

    Opinions, anyone? Thanks in advance...

The problem is these gobies are supposedly ID-ed as Stiphodon spp., which makes them algae eaters, according to Fishbase... And C328 leaves them to feed on algae which supposedly makes them coloured up. Mine are now staying with a couple of malayan shrimps and all seems fine...
