    I have been using Fluoresent tube for my planted tank almost 2 years. Recently, have a thought of changing Fluoresent to osram PLC tube. I am currently using Hitachi full spectrum Flu tube. Anyone know what the diff between this two other than energy saving???
    I use to DIY lighting. I intend to DIY the PLC tube anyone got this information in hand??

    Not sure your question.....

    Both FL/PL tubes are flourescent lights.
